Busting the myths of journaling

a lot of people when they think of journaling automatically think of journaling as being “dear diary” type stuff. This is in fact not the case at all. Journaling could be a to do list or even a blog like this one. Journaling’s main focus is on your own well being. Writing how you’re feeling and why your feeling the way you’re feeling is the first step to finding peace with how you may be feeling, or even if need be it will help you find a solution. There are many different ways to journal that i myself apply in my daily life to help me stay feeling good, to help me keep more organised and to help me stay on track towards reaching and achieving my goals in life.
